Technology & Financial Risk Consulting Intern
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our offshore team in Pakistan and support our projects in London. This is a highly competitive role, open only to third-year undergraduate students and first-year master's students, and a flexible, part-time way to launch a career in technology, operations and financial risk and controls while you complete your degree.
What you will do
- Assist in conducting assurance and advisory engagements for large multinational organisations listed on US, UK and European stock markets.
- Evaluate internal controls across technology, operations and finance, to support compliance with relevant regulations and standards (Sarbanes-Oxley, IFRS, ISA).
- Support our projects in London as part of our offshore team in Pakistan.
What we are looking for
- Currently a third-year undergraduate student or a first-year master's student.
- Highly proficient English (native level), in both writing and speaking. This is a must and non-negotiable.
- Due to the highly competitive nature of this role, students and graduates who rank within the top 10% of their class or academic cohort are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates should demonstrate a consistent record of academic achievement and excellence.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field from a top tier university (IBA, LUMS etc.).
- Interested in a career in risk management, technology, accounting, internal controls and AI.
- Desire to pursue CISA, CISSP, CPA, CIA or ACCA and other relevant certifications in the future.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Uncompromising integrity and good work ethics are a must.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
